Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    1 large onion
    6-8 potatoes
    3-4 carrots
    1/2 stick butter
    garlic salt
    ground cloves
Preparation
    Cube beef in bite size pieces.
    Flour and brown in skillet. Season with garlic salt and cloves while browning.
    Fill stew pot, Dutch oven, 1/2 with water and 1 teaspoon bouillon.
    Dice onions and combine with beef.
    Let simmer for 2 or 3 hours. Add cut carrots and potatoes into bite size pieces.
    Add 1/2 stick butter and simmer until vegetables are fully cooked.
