Summer Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broccoli
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. thin sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. red onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In bowl, combine vegetables and cheese.
    Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over the vegetables.
    Store in refrigerator.
