Creamsicle Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake mix
2-3 oz packages of orange jello
2 cups hot water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 pt heavy cream, whipped
1 can mandarin oranges, optional
Preparation

Break cake into small pieces. Fill buttered 9 X 13 pan with cake pieces. Dissolve jello in hot water, add sherbet and stir. Allow to thicken slightly. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over cake pieces and refrigerate. Top with additional whipped cream and mandarin oranges slices if desired.
