Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt and milk; add flour.
    Mix all together. Roll out thin (really thin).
    Cut into thin strips and let dry. Cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
