Barbecue Sauce For Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. lemon juice or vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
    Place salmon pieces on barbecue, skin side down.
    Brush sauce on salmon and cover with foil.
    Baste often. Cook until fish flakes.
