Barbecues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. soup stock
    1 to 2 lb. beef
Preparation
    Brown peppers and onions.
    Add the rest and simmer for 30 minutes.
