Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. corn meal
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. Crisco oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 9-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl, combine baking powder, salt, corn meal, sugar and flour. Stir well.
Add milk, egg and Crisco oil.
Stir.
Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
