Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Cook until forms a soft ball in a cup of cold water.
Remove from heat; add 2 cups of quick cook oatmeal.
Drop with a spoon on wax paper.
