Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) loaf raisin bread, cubed
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Place bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.
Add oranges and pour over bread cubes.
Dab with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Great alone or served with vanilla ice cream.
