Banana Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 qt. whipped cream
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Blend bananas to a puree, then mix pineapple, honey and lemon juice.
    Add rice.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Add raisins and blend. Refrigerate.
    Garnish with a slice of banana and whipped cream topped with a dash of cinnamon or walnuts.
