Lime-Dill Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pack dill salad dressing mix
1/4 c. lime juice
2 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 scallion, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except fish, in large bowl.
Add fish. Chill 30 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with fork.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
