Cracklin Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
1/2 c. cracklings
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour
batter into a well-greased baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until brown.
