Dirt Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Crush cookies.
Put 1/2 on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix margarine and cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.
In separate bowl, put pudding mix, milk and vanilla.
Mix. Add to cream cheese mixture and mix well about 5 minutes with mixer.
Spread on top of cookie crumbs.
Put remaining cookie crumbs on top and refrigerate.
