Cowboy Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lima beans
1 c. butter beans
1 c. pork and beans
1 c. pinto beans
Preparation

Drain and remove pork from all beans.
Pour lean of beans and sprinkle diced onions on top.
Pour on next can; sprinkle onions on top.
Repeat until all beans have been used.
Pour browned hamburger on top.
Use approximately 1 1/2 pound pork and 1/2 bottle Bull's-Eye barbecue sauce on top of hamburger.
Cook in crock-pot on high for 2 1/2 hours.
Then stir and simmer for one more hour in crock.
