Thai Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork, beef, or turkey (thawed)
2 eggs
1 c. onions, diced
1 c. of shredded carrots (coleslaw style)
1 c. silver thread noodles (optional)
2 tsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of black pepper
dash of fish sauce (optional)
1 pkg. egg roll wrapper
Preparation

Beat 1 egg in small bowl and set aside (this will be used to roll the wrappers). Combine the rest of the above ingredients, mixing well (this is the stuffing in your egg rolls, make sure all ingredients are evenly mixed).
