Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. cashews
    2 Tbsp. green onions
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Skin chicken; cut from bones into 1-inch cubes.
    Combine sauce: water, soy sauce, honey, vinegar and cornstarch.
    Blend; set aside. Preheat wok at 325\u00b0 for 2 minutes.
    Add oil.
    Add chicken; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add peppers and cashews.
    Stir 1/2 minute.
    Add onions, garlic, ginger and crushed pepper.
    Fry 1 minute.
    Add sauce without stirring 1 minute, then stir 1 minute.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
