Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. medium noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. sliced onions
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Drain and cool. In skillet, melt butter and saute onions and green peppers until tender.
    Add meat and brown slowly; then set aside.
