Easy And Delicious Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 duck
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    3/4 of (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    salt (seasoning)
Preparation
    Place duck
    on large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Combine sherry,
    onion
    soup mix and mushroom soup.
    Pour over duck.
    Sprinkle
    with
    seasoning
    salt
    to taste.
    Close foil, making a tent 2-inches above the duck breast.
    Place in baking dish, preferably on a rack.
    Do not cover.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    The stock
    makes
    excellent
    gravy.
    Do
    not cook more than 1 duck in
    a
    tent.
    If ducks are smaller than a mallard, reduce ingredients proportionately.
