Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. (12 to 16 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. canned milk
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In oil saute broccoli, onion and celery.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to cook a few minutes.
    Pour into greased dish and bake, covered, at 325\u00b0
    to 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
