Mock Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    2 eggs, beaten
    30 soda crackers, crushed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Form into 2-inch patties and fry slowly until lightly browned.
    This is an excellent substitute for fresh mushrooms!
