Spaghetti Bolognese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
1 tsp. sugar
2 (15 1/2 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. regular or thin spaghetti
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded carrots
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown turkey or chicken; drain.
Add onions, carrots and garlic.
Cook, stirring for 5 minutes until onion is tender.
Add all ingredients except spaghetti.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in boiling salt water, cook spaghetti until tender.
Drain, put into a serving bowl, and pour the sauce over.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
