Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat.
Add chocolate square and melt. Pour in cup of sugar and mix in eggs.
Pour this mixture into mixing bowl.
Add milk and the flour; monitor the amount of flour so that mixture resembles the consistency of pancake batter. Pour batter in hot waffle iron; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Eat with syrup or applesauce.
