Pat'S Quiche-Chile Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 (8 oz.) chopped green chilies
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan.
    Beat eggs; add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Pour remaining butter in mixing bowl; add the rest of ingredients.
    Put in pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    No cover.
