Mom'S Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in casserole dish.
    Melt margarine.
    Add crushed Ritz crackers; top casserole with this. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
