Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, chopped (4 c.)
1/2 green pepper, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1/3 c. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
Just before serving, drain salad.
Yields 6 servings. Has 40 calories per serving.
