Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can asparagus tips and cuts
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. skimmed milk
    10 Tbsp. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Shred cheese; mix and put into a 10-inch pie plate.
    Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs and pepper in blender; pour over all vegetables.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
