Chefs Choice Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    romaine leaves
    4 c. torn mixed salad greens
    1 medium apple, cored and sliced
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Line a large salad bowl with romaine leaves.
    Place torn greens in center of bowl.
    Arrange apple slices around edge. Sprinkle with coconut.
    Arrange raisins, almonds and carrot in a circular design atop lettuce.
    Cover and chill.
