Marinated Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 catfish fillets
    1/3 cup oil
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix oil, lemon and Worcestershire sauce in cooking pan. Place catfish in pan and coat with mixture.
    Let marinate (best if overnight).
    Cook at 350 degrees until flaky, coating with mixture while cooking on both sides.
    Can also saute in pan on top
    of stove.
