Foil Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast
    salt and pepper
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast on large square of double-thick, heavy-duty foil. Lightly oil inner cooking square.
    Season with salt and pepper and cover with soup.
    Seal package and place on medium hot coals for about 3 hours.
    Turn every 30 minutes.
    After 2 hours of cooking, open package and check for doneness.
    Rewrap and continue cooking until meat is tender.
    Serves 6 to 8.
