Mexican Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs beaten
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 can evaporated milk (fill up Eagle Brand can)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Caramelize 3 Tbsp. sugar in bottom of double boiler.
    Add mixture to caramelized sugar and cook about 1 hour covered with lid.
    Refrigerate to cool completely. Invert onto dish and serve cold.
