Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 small bag miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla, beating until well blended.
Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, pour the bag of marshmallows over cake; mash down.
