Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 small onion, grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mash potatoes after cooking.
    Add onion, sour cream and butter.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
