Dixie Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed
    1 c. canned chickpeas, drained
    1/2 c. thinly sliced sweet red pepper
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed dried mint leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine green beans, chickpeas, red pepper slices and onion.
    In a small bowl or cup, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, Accent, sugar, salt, mint and pepper; mix well.
    Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
    Cover.
    Chill 1 hour before serving.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
