Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. melted margarine
3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 Tbsp. plum sauce
30 chicken wings
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients.
Pour over chicken wings in a roasting pan. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
Turn wings several times. Can cook all, freeze half, then microwave.
