Cream Cheese Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tubes crescent rolls
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg yolk (save white)
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. sugar
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Lay 1 tube of rolls flat in bottom for crust.
    Combine sugar, cream cheese, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Spread on layer of rolls.
    Top with other tube of rolls.
    Mix egg white, 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Spread on top.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 .
