Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon or lime jello
1 c. boiling water
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
cherries
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Let set until cool and starts to jell, then whip the evaporated milk and combine these 2 together, then add pineapple, cottage cheese, walnuts and mayonnaise.
Stir all together and chill.
Decorate with cherries.
