Sea King Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. each, chopped: green pepper, onion and celery
    2/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can frozen cream of shrimp soup
    1 can lobster, cut up
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and boned
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 cup butter in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Add the chopped green pepper, onion and celery; saute until tender.
    Stir in the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and salt.
    Add the milk.
    Cook, stirring until thick.
    Stir in the frozen soup.
