Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. condensed milk or cream
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Saute lightly in covered pan with 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter for 10 minutes the zucchini and garlic.
    Place in blender with chicken broth, condensed milk or cream and curry powder.
    Heat gently and enjoy! Yields approximately 4 servings.
