Zesty Beef-Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tube refrigerated biscuits
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Crumble beef into skillet.
Add onion and green pepper.
Cook on medium until meat loses red color.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt.
Simmer mixture while preparing dough.
