Biroux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 pkg. Texas size frozen rolls
    3 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat and drain. Add spices and mix well. Add cabbage and onion. Cook 15 minutes. May need to add a little water. Roll thawed rolls on floured board to 6-inch square. Put spoon of cheese, then 1/2 cup of hamburger. Gather up 3 sides, then remaining side and pinch together. Lay pinched side down on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until brown.
