Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. real mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
few drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation

In small saucepan, stir together real mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper.
Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice and food coloring. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes
or until heated.
Serve over hot, cooked asparagus.
Makes 4 servings.
