Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Karo syrup (green label)
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 c. pecans, halves or chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients for filling together, adding pecans last. Pour in 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Outer edges should be set, middle slightly soft.
