Linda'S Olive Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    85 green olives
Preparation
    Cream cheese and butter.
    Add salt, flour and pepper.
    Shape into 1-inch balls using olives for centers.
    Freeze for at least 24 hours.
    Remove from freezer and immediately bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.\tBake for 10 minutes.
    Serve at room temperature.
