Corn Meal Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Heat 3 c. water to boiling in saucepan.
    Mix 1 c. cornmeal and 1 tsp. salt with 1 c. cold water.
    Pour into the boiling water, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
    Cover; continue cooking over low heat 10 minutes or more.
