Micro-Good Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, trimmed
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut meat diagonally across the grain into thin strips.
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, microwave in butter for 3 minutes on High.
    Add mushrooms and liquid to equal 1 cup; stir in soup mix. Heat to boiling.
    Add steak sauce and garlic powder.
    Cook on Medium for 3 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve on thin or broad egg noodles.
