Frances Maley'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bran
    5 c. whole wheat flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 qt. buttermilk (preferably nonfat)
    2 c. honey or maple syrup
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Bake in muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
