Bundt Coffee Cake(Low-Fat Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
    4 to 5 eggs or use 10 egg whites
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. Watkins butternut flavoring
    3/4 c. sour cream (lite)
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and beat for 8 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour 1/2 of the batter into a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
    Cover with sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
    Cover with last half of batter; sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
