Mississippi Mud Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick or 1/2 c. margarine
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
11 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large and 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
Preparation

Blend the first 3 ingredients together; spread on bottom of a large pan or casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown; cool.
Mix the next 4 ingredients together; spread over cool crust.
Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions; pour over mixture.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for several hours.
