Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
6 egg yolks
4 c. milk
juice of 4 medium lemons
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Fold in 6 beaten egg whites and 1/2 cup of sugar that have been combined in a mixer until stiff.
Pour into 3 large, unbaked pie shells.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
