Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour (plain)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple (undrained)
1 c. pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 boxes confectioners sugar
1 1/3 sticks butter
12 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix cream cheese and butter together.
Add sugar, then add vanilla until creamy.
